Eye Twitching Good or bad?

My left eye has been twitching since last Friday. It can twitch suddenly for a few seconds and made me worry....

What Causes it?
Muscle movements in human beings are controlled by nerves that are located at the base of the brain. When these nerves begin to malfunction, one of the symptoms may be manifested in the twitching of the eyes. In most people, however, twitching eyelids (blepharospasm) has no known cause, and cannot be linked to any specific factors. Besides nerve abnormalities, other possible contributing factors include: Conditions of stress Irritation in the eye Tiredness or fatigue Lack of sleep Prolonged television viewing or staring at the computer monitor Excessive intake of coffee While in many causes, eye twitching need not be taken as a cause for alarm, always consult a doctor to rule out the possibility of any deep rooted cause for your eye muscle spasms.Treatment of Eyelid TwitchingIn vast majority of cases, it's neither practical nor necessary to treat eyelid twitching, which should go away naturally given enough time.
While there is no successful permanent cure for twitching, there are several options available that may curtail its frequency or intensity. Individuals may be advised medication, surgery or preventative therapy. However, bear in mind that very often eye twitching is rooted in physiological causes like stress and fatigue. Once the offending condition is removed, the occurrence of eye twitching reduces dramatically in many cases. As far as medication goes, the results haven't been predictable or particularly successful. Some oral medications have been found to be particularly effective in some persons while bringing about no positive changes in others. Persons who opt for drug therapies therefore need to have a great deal of patience while the effects of the drugs are monitored.
In the US and Canada, the use of botox as a method to control eye muscle spasms has been approved. Injection of botox into the muscles of the eyelids paralyses the muscles, inhibiting any twitching movements. The procedure involves injecting a miniscule amount of the protein into the muscles. The nerve muscles that cause twitching are thus paralyzed. The injection of Botox is not only a safe and quick procedure, but it's also minimally invasive and can produce dramatic improvements in persons who suffer from eye muscle spasms. However this method should only be chosen by individuals in whom the eye muscle spasms have reached frequent and persistent proportions. For persons who do not show a positive reaction to medications or Botox, surgery may be chosen as a final alternative.
Consult your doctor before making a final decision on your treatment options. The treatment options for eye twitching can therefore be broadly classified as under : Mild Eye Twitching – This is a common occurrence that's caused by stress, fatigue, lack of sleep, tiredness and other external factors. Eliminate stressful conditions, get plenty of rest and practice relaxation techniques and you'll find the eye twitching occurrences becoming markedly less frequent. (Hopefully its mild one for me...)Severe Eye Twitching – If the frequency of the eye twitching is pronounced or the intensity causes disruption in your normal day to day life, then you might have to consider one of the treatment options available.
Medication may be used to help muscles relax, but results are unpredictable at best. The use of Botox to treat blepharospasm is common while in severe cases, surgery may be considered as a final alternative. (Nah! I dun wanna fall into this...)

Preventive Measures – Practice deep breathing, meditation and other stress management techniques to keep stress at bay. Get plenty of sleep and cut down your intake of caffeine. When working at the computer or watching TV for prolonged periods of time, take frequent breaks to cut down on eye strain.

Coping With Eyelid Twitching, Blepharospasm or twitching eye disorder is more common than you think. In fact in some cultures in the world, a twitching eye is a premonition of ill luck or disaster! You may notice sudden twitching of your eyelids when you haven't been able to rest adequately for several days or when you're stressed or fatigued. These are normal occurrences and should be no cause for worry. These symptoms may become more pronounced after prolonged television viewing or hours spent in front of your computer.

What Causes Eye Twitching?
A person who notices symptoms of Blepharospasm reports involuntary twitching of the muscles around the eye or the eyelids. Doctors also refer to this condition as the severe sounding "blinking eye disorder." It need not be considered serious, however. Generally, eye twitching can be said to have three forms – blepharospasm in which muscle contractions come and go, myokymia or slow muscle contraction of the eyelids, and normal muscle contraction. In blepharospasm, quicker twitching or jumping of the eyelids is seen as compared to myokymia. Muscles also tend to contract on a regular basis and these need not cause worry.

How to Prevent Eye Twitching Disorder?
Eye twitching can be an inconvenient and annoying, not to mention embarrassing phenomenon. There you are relaxing with a group of new found friends when your eye inexplicably begins to twitch! It doesn't make matters less mortifying to think that in most cases, eye twitching does not have any serious causes. There are a few precautions that you can take to avoid such potentially embarrassing situations. Stress has been found to contribute significantly to eye muscle spasms. Avoid stressful situations and practice deep breathing and other stress management techniques to keep twitching eye at bay. Exercising, even with something like medicine balls or taking long walks, listen to calming music…. do whatever it takes to relax. Lack of sleep can cause nervous eye twitching. Ensure you get a good 8 hours of sleep at night. When you've had a late night, make sure to catch up on your sleep the next day. Cut down on caffeine. Switch to decaf to avoid restless nights or nervous excitement. While options like surgery and Botox are available, these are last ditch methods when al other attempts have failed. It's always advisable to try and control the occurrence of twitches the natural way.

Eyelid Twitching Superstitions and Myths
Millions of people suffer from eye twitching – in some it may be intermittent, brought on by a sudden increase of stress or sleeplessness. In others, it’s more pronounced and can interfere with day to day life. Regardless of which category a person falls into, there’s a goldmine of superstitions that revolve around eye twitching. In fact eye twitching ranks up there with itchy palms and hiccups as the most superstition prone condition! Each culture seems to have its own take on the deeper significance of eye twitching.
In China for instance, where superstitions and myths frequently cross over into modern living, the chief superstition seems to be that a twitch in the right eye signifies good luck, maybe a major windfall. A twitch in the left eye? Not so good. It’s a bad omen; a sign of ill luck headed your way! The entire situation seems to turn around in the case of females; for them, a twitching left eye signifies good luck while a twitching right one is a strict no no! - I hope this is true! Even among the Chinese, there seem to be as many superstitions regarding eye twitching as the sufferers themselves.

There is even a superstition based on an anatomical break down of the eye. A twitch in the lower left eyelid means you can expect to cry soon while a corresponding one in the right eyelid means good fortune is headed your way. There’s yet another one that claims a twitching eyelid means someone is gossiping about you. We think this is a pretty cool one - always good to know the exact moment when your enemies are bad mouthing you. In any case, all these mental calisthenics figuring out whether an eye twitch means you’re going to win the lottery or have the sky fall on your head, will probably give you enough stress to trigger off a whole new series of twitches!

Next to the Chinese, the Indians are the Olympic champions when it comes to superstitions. The commonly believed one here is just the opposite of the Chinese version. Here a twitching left eye is definitely a good omen, while a twitching right one is considered inauspicious. The Nigerians go with the Chinese version. Left eye – bad. Right eye – Good.Another superstition is a little more frightening than the above. It’s not clear where this one comes from, but according to it a twitching left eye means there’s soon going to be a death in the family. A twitching right one on the other hand means an impending birth.To the Hawaiians, an eye twitch can either mean the arrival of a stranger, or that you’re soon going to mourn for someone.
In Cameroon and some other parts of Africa, a twitching lower eyelid means you will soon shed tears. As far as superstitions go, this one is quite scientific. Tears normally flow from the corner of the lower eyelid. Still on Africa, when the upper eyelid twitches, it’s a sure sign you’re going to meet someone you didn’t expect to see. This one’s also connected to anatomical science, it seems. Surprise and amazement are normally expressed in humans by the raising of the upper eyelids.

I had a bad morning! Birds lao sai on my pink precious car and I had a hard time using all my tissues in the car to wipe all sai... OMG! Still left some dried up ones.... EEEEkkkkk! Smelly till I nearly puke out. Hate it! I haven't been washing my car for a long time...

Yup, last weekend was a honeymoon period.
Attended Judy's precious - Valene's 1st birthday and then, went out with my lovelies to Mono and Dragonfly on Friday. Didn’t manage to join them on Thursday as I was unwell with serious stomach pain. Elynn was so sweet, she came up my house and looked for me, passed me the medicine and gifts she bought from Thailand. A sexy red bikini, sweet pink lingerie and a Naraya cosmetic pouch. Thanks gal~
As usual, had dinner with my in-laws on Saturday and HB and I hugged together cozily in sofa and watched TV shows throughout.
Sunday was the very much anticipated Family day for us. We (HB, Raeann, I and Bedah) went to Wisma and Takashimaya to shop. Being a Citibank member, HB was entitled to free weekend parking at Wisma. I bought lingeries, Previa Hair serum, Evelynne’s baby gift and a Leap Frog baby Phonics set for Raeann. Raeann loves it. J

Yesterday’s rain was terrible to the extent that it flooded the whole of PIE… I was driving from town back home and somehow, it was the first time I drove in a flooded road… Kinda scary. Went to ICA building to change my passport, if not, I’ll be stopped at Customs this Friday… J Yep, I’m going to Genting this Friday and will be back on Sunday. Poor HB and Raeann, have to spend this weekend without me.

Bobby is a very good friend of mine and a very good ex-colleague of HB.

Yesterday, while he was on duty and on the way back to police station,

the car skidded and the car smashed onto the tree.

His colleague is fine and just discharged from the hospital.

Bobby is now in ICU, doctors are operating him.

Please, dear all, hold your hands together and let's pray for him...

Went to visit her last Friday and her baby is soooo cute and pretty~~~ Pictures are with Julia~~~

I've been busy playing mahjong for the past weekends and meeting my girls for shopping.

Last Friday, the girls came to my house for mj session. All of us were very blur... Lots of laughter and fun... Supposingly we were to proceed for coffee session afterr that, but all of us were very tired and the girls went back home for their beauty sleep.

Saturday, Apple came to my house and we proceed to Bendemeer for casting with the rest of the girls... Just trying out, quite fun too... I was surprised as hubby had no objections about this... :P Yipppeee.... After casting, we went to Tekka Mall to park my car and Calist's car. Then, her bf came to fetch us and went to Changi Airport Terminal 3 for lunch at Dian Xiao Er. Ling's bf came to join us. Thanks Ling for the treat... :) Aftermath, we proceed to Expo for the Tour Exhibition.

We have to pay $3 per person to enter the exhibition. Thanks Wei's bf for treating us in. :)It'll be my turn next... :) :) :)

There are lots of promo but didn't managed to sign up for one.

There is a popular bookstore exhibition and Watson's mega sale going on. Didn't managed to go in as we were rushing back home for dinner.

Sunday, went to bugis with Raeann precious, Bedah (precious' caregiver), Hubby and parents in-law. They went to pray and our lil family waited outside and Hubby bought 2 clover leaves for himself and Dad, and also, bought one pink crystal bracelet for me...

Aftermath, we went to Crsytal Jade at Bugis Junction to have lunch. Aftermath, went to Charles and Keith to buy one sexy heels at $64++. Gucci look-alike. :)

Meet up the girls at around 6plus at FEP. I bought a dress, cardi and chanel whitening concealer. Spent a near $200+... Hb and I had Mos burger for dinner and the rest had other fast food and we watched THE EYE.

Jessica Alba is soooo pretty, even with less make-up. Well, Ling and I agreed that Dawn Yang somehow look like Jessica Alba but our guys disagree...

Hubby gave me a surprise yesterday night!

I am soooo happy~

When I was doing my routine before bedtime skincare routine, he gave me my dream watch for my 21st birthday!!!!

HB, don't worry, I love you more than I love the watch... Hehehe...

Yesterday Lo Hei with my parents in-law and sisters in-law... Huat arh~~~~

After everybody finished lo hei, Raeann still wanna lo hei... Very funny!

Dad-IL bought Zi Char for dinner and we ate abalone tooo! That's why I like new year! Many of yummy goodies...

Went to Meiting's house to visit her and her baby... She's so cute and clever. Just 2 months old, her neck is stable. She poos and pees when her tai mah place her butt to the potty....

Went to Sarah's house yesterday and yup, my hands started to itch real fast. Raeann's pacifier was spoilt and she begun cranky as she wanted a new pacifier. Without much choice, had to proceed to Sheng Siong to buy it for her. Went back home and HB and I slept like pigs.
This new year season is more like a gambling season for me... I enjoyed it! Haha!

It was a very long queue over at Fish & Co. I queued up while Hubby wasat Carpark waiting for a car park lot to park his car.
Hubby had Cheesy Futaba Fish & Chips Lovers Set...
And I had Grilled Seasonal Catch with Cilantro Lovers Set...Fish & Co. definately provides good service. They have free Polaroid!Will upload last years polaroid taken at PS, The Manhattan Fish Market soon...Adding on to Lover's potion and the designer chocolates... We are extremely FULL!Walked around Jurong Point and watched CJ7. Saw Peilian with her friend.Saw Audrey & Hubby, Sharon & BF. But they watched AH LONG PTE LTD. Everybody laughed out loudly throughout. Some scenes made me cry... Some of the ladies sitting in front of me were crying too...Hubby said this movie is only so-so rating.Heard from Hubby that the little boy (Dicky- his name in the movie) is actually a girl and she isChou's god-daughter. Didn't know Hubby is so informative as he's always osessed in games.Storyline not that fantastic, however, managed to give audience all-rounder sentiments.
CJ 7 is definately a cutie toy to have!!! I missed my Creamie...These moments are memorable and precious to me. Dear, I love you!Hugs and kisses...

And this made me recalled about my right arm's mole.

The mole suddenly exploded (came out on its own) last weekend like some fluid came out.

It was not those zit-mole, it was beneath my skin. I can’t imagine how it came out.
The area bleeds and just recovered.
Just now, my itchy fingers went to scratch the area and blood oozed out. I can see a hole now. I don’t know what to do…

By the way, I have a black mole on my left cheek (near the midline of my mouth and nose). Anyone can advice me whether is good or not?
My relatives told me it was : ‘Mei Ren Zhi’ but I don’t think so leh. I prefer face without any mole. Thought of taking out. Any advice?

I also thought of going for lasik surgery this year….

Recaps last week…
Raeann and I went attended Church on Sunday morning. Met up with Julia and Keidi.
Raeann’s a really funny girl that even the Sunday school’s teacher became almost speechless.

She saw the teacher’s bag of presents and she was like :” WAH!” and her eyes were sparkling bright, staring at the presents, aiming for a snatch. She pretended to be restless, walking around, trying to be extremely exceptional while the rest of the children were very obedient, sat down quietly.

After a few moments, when the teacher was telling a story, Raeann went up to her and said, :”I WANT!” Without any other alternatives, the teacher had to give up and pass her one present and the rest of the children went to her and snatch for the pressies.

Teacher: “Children, don’t open your presents first. You can only open when we finish our sing-along session….”

Raeann didn’t even bother and opened up the pressie like the way she opened during Xmas last year. Busy tearing and wondering what’s the pressie, Raenn was the creator of the mess in the class.
The rest of the children followed her and the teacher had to say: “ Children, Raeann is allowed to open the present as her mummy is here. You can open the present when you asked for your mummy’s permission.”

Sometimes SWEETS are like devils which made the children kept on snatching and wanted to open the boxes of marshmallows and have a bite.
This made me ponder for a moment as I wonder how it would be when I send Raeann for Pre-school classes.

P.s: When I was a child, my mom put me in a childcare for less than a month as no teacher can tolerate me. I was fussy about food. Accusing that the porridge was tasteless and no ingredients… Wanted sweets and that explains why I am still sweet-tooth. When I was young, my nanny always use sweets to please me. I did not want to eat rice, all I wanted was tid-bits and sweets for meals….Not very good for health. Now, I suffer low blood pressure due to lack of nutrition since young.

I hope Raeann won't be like me...

Happy 6th year anniversary to us!

Dear and I dated on this day years ago...

Thinking back.. It was memorable...

Dear and I dated today to celebrate this special day together.

We went to Jurong Point for Lunch at Crystal Jade restaurant.

Proceeded to Cineleisure. Guess what?

Hubby and I took bus and MRT~

I actually enjoyed the process being with him (without him driving).

I could hug him tightly and time seemed to pass by so fast as compared to taking train alone...

We watched John Rambo 4. Initially, I did not agreed with Hb to watch this movie as I thought it was a regular action movie... However, I did not regret for rejecting him... The story is alot more interesting than I thought.

Went to buy falsies, lingerie and some baby products.

Went to Bugis with the gers last saturday... Ah Fat is very popular for her ham and legs... Hahaz... Makes me remember when Raeann was a few months old and many strangers actually pinched her chubby cheeks (not so chubby as Ah Fat. hehehe), carried her and played with her... Bought Muji's food stuff..

Ah fat's dad sent us back to Bukit batok...

Supposed to meet up with Julia and Keidi to Church. However, didn't managed to go as I had some problems...

Brought Raeann to Far East plaza for shopping in the late noon and saw Peisi Jie and family.

Bought 1 shoe, 3 dresses and 1 shorts.

Had dinner at Sakura Restaurant.

Raeann was so obedient that day.

Expected to be better than part 1 but it was indeed disappointing. Ending was kinda sucks as the president commanded a bomb to destroy the infected area. Booo!

I loved my car and driving it was VERY CHALLENGING for me! Manual car is not that easy to control (clutch; especially on slopes), making the fact that I frequent drive autocar and I sedom drive a manual car ever since I got my licence 2 years plus ago~

YeY~ I just got my car yesterday~ So happy~

Updates for the past few days...

Xmas eve
I organized a Xmas Party for my company and it was a successful one. Though didn't get the 1st prize, I got presents from my hr mgr (a wallet), reg hr mgr(pink namecard case) & company (photo frame). I received a Marks & spencer hand wash and hand cream from the gift exchange. So sweet~ Had sumptuous buffet lunch in our club house and singing sessions too~

Thereafter, went to East Coast for a bbq cum Xmas celebration. It was indeed so fun to have my friends and spend precious time together. BBQ tog, chit chat and play ard tog...... I received a big box of chocolates and hubby received a body shop gift set during the gift snatch-exchange game. :P So fun~ But went back early as Hubby was very tired. Missed the fun game they had after we left...

Xmas day
My family and I went to my cousin's condo and celebrated Xmas together. It was a memorable one. The event was at her condo's function room. My relatives gathered together and had catch-ups with each other. My cousin's house was so beautifully renovated. :P

Attended a HR seminar yeasterday at Capital Tower ard 1.30pm. One of the freebies was fantastic! I like the black bag and Hubby took it from me. It's a 3 in 1 professional black laptop bag.

Met up with Julia dearie for dinner and shopping. I bought a X'mas pressie at Takashimaya Event Hall. It is not something expensive but I am sure she'll like it. She haven't open the pressie yet :) We went to the boutiques at Takashimaya. I wasn't convinced enough to buy the red vernis LV monogram key purse for $360 immeditaely as I don wanna impulse buying. Perhaps wait till I get my confirmed fat paycheck this year end. I wanna get something from Burberry's too (For Hubby and it's meant to be a surprise!). Went to look for my 2 friends working in 2 of the boutiques.

I can't stand attitude and problematic person to appear in my life. Lets talk about psychology.

Freakish people who does evil things behind people's back, naturally by human instinct, she/he will afraid retribution, she/he will fear and do weird things. 'Before you say/ judge others, reflect yourself in the mirror and say yourself first.'

For an example, true-life experience that many ppl in the world have encountered (not indicating on anyone):

She always bo liao or maybe wanted to attract attention, talks bad about people, likes to compare this and that within her peers. When she hold on a vitim of hers, she'll try all means to ruin the victim's name and reputation. She even expect her peers not to talk to the victim, however, sadly to say, she talk to her victim after sometime of the incident. She gave excuses like 'just make use of her'. As I've mentioned to on my previous post, a person's character and speech actually reflects the person's EQ and IQ. Lucky enough, I have one. She is like a sister to me. Although we seldom meet, 'so far yet so near to each other'. She don't bad-mouth about people and this shows that she don't backstab her friends. There's a saying: The character and behaviour is like a reflection of the person's heart and thoughts.

Hi gers, the rolex price is quoted based on 2nd hand price. I am puzzled why rolex's 2nd hand is always so much lower than the first hand.

I personally feel that an early '20s' person to own a rolex is abit too 'heavy', but owning a reputable brand and also a costly watch is definitely worth it.

Of course, I won't be indulging on Rolex for now cause I am not rich. Hehe... Maybe for future cause, I'll ask Hubby to buy for me... Depending whether he could afford cause I strongly agree with Julia that these are external goods, is a desire and not a need. Anyway, I also wouldn't have e courage to wear a rolex...

For instance, when I was 16 years old, I bought my very first LV monogram canvas pouchette for ard 425+, SHE actually go ard telling people that it was a fake and even hinted me that my LV bag's workmanship sucks.(Jealous people are always so bo liao! But I wasn't bothered by her. My fren asked me to confront her, but to me, what's the point?I bought it for self-satisfaction, not to show-off) And guess what, she herself went to buy fake LV bags and she was someone who was such a 'big mouth', went to tell one of my good fren, and again, 'an eye for an eye, what goes ard comes ard'... Everybody knew that she was a 'fark up person'.

Okay getting back to the point, I keep wondering why rolex's 2nd hand is always so much lower than the first hand.

You may take a look at e 2nd hand ladies and men rolex watches at CASHBOX @ Jurong Point, Basement 1.Cost ard $2k-$4k. Can pay by installment but I don't know how it works. Unbelievable price! My mom told me that the 2nd hand roex can be much lower as some people pawned their rolex and didn't redeem back. The pawn shop had to clear the space for new gold jewelleries and they would sell off at these kind of price.

My hubby told me that his fren could get tag heuer at 40% discount but he happens to be on holiday. I haven't check on how true the discount is. But tentatively, my fren working in watch shop can give me a 20% off the original price.

I had serious dizzy spell since Saturday night. Went to WestMall after dinner with in-laws and his sis and hubby. Spent 10 mins at WestMall and I declared surrender and requested to go back home as I couldn't even walk and see properly. Everything was spinning merry-go-round. Halfway out of WestMall, I had car sick. I asked him to stop nearby the WestMall round-about and I vomitted like hell. Had my medicine when I got home.

I didn't go anywhere last weekend. It's terrible. I can't even focus well when walking...(I don't think so coincident bah... Sure it is not 'i have again'? Coz its like my morning sickness and dizzy spells that I'd experienced in preg...)

Have to come work today as it's our GM's first day and have to assist in conducting orientation programme. Gng to see a doc later. God bless.

I have many thoughts yesterday. Had a tiff with him. I dun wanna mention. I reached home 3am yesterday. Thanks Emily for being there for me.... Time past and things had changed.

He used 'hong' (pamper and dote) me during a tiff/ arguement. But it make me realised the difference between 'single', 'attached' and 'married'.

He dun give it a damn even when guys approached me for my hp no./ guys asked me out...This made me ponder whether I stand in your heart as now I began to feel that we are fading far. Perhaps this also made me to consider should we settle down to get the house. Life will be pointless if I were to commit myself to something/somewhere which leads to no future... i can't forsee any future in us....Should we give ourselves a chance again?

Hi,I would like to tell you what happen to me yesterday 24/10/2007 . About noon time, there is an incoming call to my office direct line. When I pick up the call, it was a voice recorded message that said, "You have a message from the Supreme Court. Press 9 to listen to the message." I pressed 9 and it was transferred to an operator that answered by saying, "Supreme Court reception, can I help you?" I told her I received a voice message from Supreme Court telling me to press 9 to listen to that message. She proceeds to ask me for my name and I/C number. So I told her and it sounded like as it she is keying in and paused awhile and told me I had a notice from Supreme Court with a charge of working with "Ah long" (Illegal Loan sharks) to open 2 bank accounts for them and the Supreme Court had already sent me Court summon letter to me. I was so shocked and told her I did not know any loan sharks and I will never do that and I did not receive any letter from Court at all. She told me for that I'm one of the person who is involved in this illegal act and if I want to verify my case, she would get the CID police in charge of this case to call me. In less than a few minutes,

I received a call from someone who claimed to be a CID officer looking for me. I answered him I am the person he's looking for. He told me that on such a date, the police had cracked down and napped a "ah long" (Illegal Loan Sharks) and in his house, they found a name list containing several bank accounts open by a group of people and I happen to be one of them. I was so socked and told him that I never would do such a thing and I do not know any ah long or loan sharks at all. He then challenge me and told me, "do you want to see the evident we got?" I told him, "Yes I would like to come down to your police office to see it because I did not do that." I then asked him to give me the address, which department he is from and his name so that I can go down to see him. He gave me his name is Officer Khoo Boon Hui at Police HQ. CID Tower . Blk C, level 5. His office number is 6435 0000.

However he quickly change the subject and ask me a few questions to pretend to be investigating me. He asked me have I lost my I/C, Bank account book? I answered No. He then asked me did I let anyone photocopied my I/C or Bank account book? I thought for a while and answered him I did a few months back at DBS Bank when I thought of opening a Investment Account. He then told me that it could be due to corruption, the bank officer may have sold my data to the Ah long (loan shark) in return for some cash. He told me since from his investigation he assume I'm innocent and one of those whose I/C and bank data the ah long (loan shark) obtained from corrupt bank officers to make false ID and bank document to open bank account, he would fax my case to a Supreme Court office to further investigate and present my case before the Judge. As such there is no need to go down to see him at the police HQ he said. He told me he will get the Supreme Court officer in charge to call me and further arrange how she can help me to plead with the Judge together with those innocent parties that had been framed. From the voice of that man officer who talked to me, I can tell his speaking accents sound like from China .

My mind was so confused and troubled after hearing him talked to me all these things I did not question that at the moment.In a while time, a lady called me on my mobile phone saying the "CID" who had earlier on investigated me had called her and told her about my case. She would need me to cooperate with her in further investigation. She told me that she would need to begin to do a series of questions she need me to answer honestly. All my conversation with her will be recorded as Court evident. It's so professionally done that you think you're really going through a investigation answering those questions like did you disclose any of your bank information, documents, ID to anyone? Did you loss your passport, ID, bank book, credit card??

At the end of the series of questions, she told me that they are working together with international police to crack down these illegal ah long loan sharks organization that go around corrupt bank officers to sell their customer's bank information, photo copied ID document to do fake IDs, passports, and open bank accounts for them. She told me that right now just because I said I'm innocent it doesn't prove anything. She need me to do one last thing. She asked me how many bank account do I have and how much money I have in my bank account. She said she need me to cooperate with them to check my bank account to see if there's any activities transactions that are unusual. She need me to go to Bankok Bank at Cecil street to TT my bank account money to this "International Police" account to monitor and protect my money for me as my bank account is no longer saved as anytime it could be frozen.

If I am really innocent and has nothing to do with any ah long organization, I would cooperate with them to help them catch any party that is using my account to wash black money for them. If I don't cooperate with them to TT my money then it is clear to them that I have something to do with ah long organization and she shall turn me over to the Judge straight away to pled me guilty and sentence me. It was under so much confusion and fear that they succeed to con people to TT money to this unknown "International police officer" said to be someone who will monitor any suspicious transactions, dealing and to save guard and protect the victim's money. She assured me that if after the investigation is over about 2 hours later, after they checked my account and found nothing unusual and no black money, that international police officer will contact me and will TT the money back into my bank account.

I was really confused and when I kept asking her for any black and white to verify her identity to really make sure she is a real officer from Supreme Court that she told me her name is officer Hong Mui Ying and I can reach her at this Supreme Court telephone number: 63381034. She told me not to hang up and not to tell anybody about what I'm about to do so that it will not mess up their investigation process.

She instructs me to go to 108 Cecil Street , BangKok Bank to TT the money. She told me to talk to her when I arrived at BangKok Bank then she would disclose to me the details of the International Police to whom I am to TT my money to. The following is the details she gave me to TT my bank money to when I arrived at Bangkok Bank: Name of person receiving the money: MOORDOO JAESHAccount No: 398-073768-2Address: MAESAII almost TT one thousand dollars to this account she gave me to TT my money to.

But while I was at the counter, something on the inside of me tells me, "how could you simply believe these things she talked to you about? How do you know if she really is a Supreme Court officer? You don't even know who this person she told you to TT your money to. What if this is a cheat and once you TT your money over to this unknown person, you get cheated of your money?" So I withhold what I was about to do at that moment and started to talk to this "Supreme Court officer" again on the phone. I asked her if I can go down to Supreme Court and look for her to verify her identity also with Supreme Court too.

She told me she would be very busy as she is handling a lot of such cases and may not have time to see me. She kept telling me to cooperate with her if I'm really innocent and should let them check my money which makes no sense to me. Finally I said to her, "I really want to go down to Supreme Court to verify your identity and I don't mind waiting for you at the Supreme Court. Should you be busy, I'll wait for you at Supreme Court and also want to check with the officer at Supreme Court too if you really are an Officer who work there." She then said, "ok, you may come down to Supreme Court and look for me." After I put down the phone, I went straight to Supreme Court to look for her. To my surprise, when I was there at Supreme Court reception counter to ask for this lady officer, the receptionist told me that there isn't any such lady officer in Supreme Court and I'm not the only person who had came down to look for or called to look for these lady officer.

Then the receptionist took out a recent newspaper and showed me that recently a man was cheated of $10,000 also received such call claiming to be officer from Supreme CourtThe Supreme Court receptionist then asked me for my name and IC number when I was there at Supreme Court reception counter to check if there are any real court case or charges I have. So I gave him my IC number and Name.

After searching through the system, he told me that he cannot find any charges or court case with me. It was then I realized that I have been conned by those 3 people who had impersonated to be Supreme Court staff and CID. Then the receptionist told me that it is better for me to go down to a police station to do a police report on this and I went down to Kreta Ayer NPP to made a police report on the same day 24/10/2007. I hope the police would quickly catch these evil cheaters out there trying to cheat people of their money. The police officer at Kreta Ayer NPP also told me I'm not the only victim of such case. Thank God for being there with me. I missed all my dearies... So many good news that I wanna share...

HB and I bought blk 67xx, level5. Although it's not the ideal level that we desired, we felt that having a nice view, near multi-storey carpark and far away from rubbish chute is also a good choice. Next, we'll be busy looking for ID. :P I am glad that things are not as bad as I'd thought. HB is reasonable. :) We'll get our keys by March 08. I am so excited...

Yay! Thanks for all my frens and GOD...COE dropped and Hubby & I just went to Kia Showroom and booked the car! Yey~ Car should be coming in a months time~

I know I havent been updating my blog for a very long time...

I went for last minute interview on Tuesday and it lasted for about 3 hours plus. I sent my resume on Monday night and the recruitment consultant Marco called me the morning next day. After an hour, Marco called and asked me whether I could start work on Wednesday!!! That's fast! I agreed and forgo my offer by the other MNC at Temasek Tower. The benefits are relatively good. I may intend to buy the new series Picanto in Pink colour (Princess of Hearts). They are having a hot promotion! See how it goes and I intend to go for test-drive tomorrow at Alexandra....

I can't log in to msn in work. Sobbed :( It is banned and only managerial level and above are allowed to... Workload is realy alot and I still managed to cope well as my manager is a nice guy (a christian too :) ) and he hired an assistant to assist us in our day-to-day operations. We will relocate internally within office premises and my colleague and I will likely be in a room and my manager will be in the other room...

My company provide free lunch and it's like bufet spread. Different menu everyday. I saved money on food and of course, I don't need to trouble myself, asking what to eat each day... Hehe...

Being in this position is not easy as the previous HR department was a mess and they didn't handover properly to us. God, please bless me! And of coz, less msn chat with my dearies....

Why every decision must be solely your ideas? Why? I prefer new house as we don't have enuff cash on hand to purchase resale flat.. I know you have been accomodating to me as you know I like full height windows in living room... I just hope not to miss the good chance since we have a ballot number out of 3000+ of applicants...

BAD DREAM last night
I was crying in physically and mentally when I was sleeping. I had a dream that hubby betrayed me and left me with the other girl. I always tell myself that I am strong, but the fact that I could feel many many sorrow having this dream... I really dunno how to convey this feeling. I feel that his thoughts and my thoughts are different and this makes me begin to think that we are drifting apart... Tears engulf my eyes as I am penning these thoughts... I don't know why...

Just came back from family dinner @ Yishun... Went to town with Jacq and Shirley yesterday. I drove FIL's Rav4 to pick dearies and we parked the car at Far East Plaza. Shirley's fren joined us. Jacq bought a top from Miss Selfridge and I bought a lace tube top and lingerie set from Blush at $15 only.

I splurged on this last month and I am happy to get it as I simply love Hot Pink and Baby Pink. A combination of 2 types of pink:

Met up with Julia on Tuesday and I bought a Joop skirt, Osmose black dress & black skirt. We didnt have enough time to finish our chatin' session as my hubby came to fetch me earlier...

I missed my precious Grandma alot... She dotes and loves me alot. I still remember the things that she'd done and cared for me. I got to know Long John Silver's fries only when she brought me to Lot1 for snacks when I was 9 years old. When I was having Raeann, she called me almost everyday. Many people may feel that is a nuisance but I like my Grandma calling me. Coz I know she cares for me...Worried whether I have meals to eat... Whether anybody has bullied me... She bought tonics for me... She always gimme BIG angbaos... She is someone who truly loves me without asking me for repayment of anything...
Upon saying all these things, tears engulfed on my eyes and I am missing her. Can't wait to see her this Thursday and bring her for lunch. I am emotional right now... I just cannot get the LOVE that I yearned for since I was 8 years old. My parents used to be doting me alot...Until when things changed, they have to work for the family. My mom and dad stayed on for this family. We do not have family shoppings or outings... for certain reasons...

And... Why money makes friends/family/relatives to argue or affect relationships? Why? Seriously, I begun to hate money. I can't have much savings as my parents have expectations on me... I HAVE to repay and not you can choose freely when to repay...

Hello!~ Hubby peeped my blog and he said that my blog is boring! :(

Wedding@ The Legends Ballroom (Saturday)
Hubby and I attended a wedding dinner at the legends. The wedding of Ruyi & Marc (both are doctors). We didn't know the couples. It's just that my parents in-law are away for China holiday trip for a week and we attended it on their behalf. I am just so jealous! Jealous about 2 things:

1. How I wish that my hubby and I could plan our wedding in our own style, the way we want it to be....
2. I just envy his parents. For being so loving until this age. His mother is really blessed to have such a loving husband who comes home for lunch and dinner and also bring his wife out wherever he goes. But still, sad to say, people are always not satisfied for their life. That includes myself, of course!

The Legends is definitely not a place to hold for weddings as the ballroom is too small and retangular shape. The stage is also small. The layout of the ballroom is very weird as the stage is in the middle and thus, the runway is short. No pictures! I am really pissed off by Mr Ang. He doesn't want to take pictures and he gave me a SHITTY face. ARGGHH!!!! But I managed to take one picture of MYSELF!

Celebrated Jacq's 20th birthday at The Settler's Cafe & Shebang pub.

I took cab and fetch Jacq the birthday girl and we reached Settler's about 8plus. AJ, Steph & her hubby, Josephine, Julia & Xiaoxue was there already. Aiko came later.
Everybody was displeased with the food over there. We waited for a very long time for our food to come. We decided to cancel my order which was Wings & Chips as the girls had already finished their meals. Anyway, I had my dinner before meeting the ladies and I was not hungry at all. :) All of us enjoyed ourselves playing game and chatting with each other.

After that, we went to SHEBANG pub. We took lots of pictures and had fun with each other. Steph, Julia & I sang songs while the rest were taking pictures....They ordered a barel of beer. Jacq offered me a full glass of beer and initially I rejected as I had phobia of the beer's taste. But Jacq's the princess of the day...so have to give her face right? Hehe:) I had a sip... (Yi4 si4, yi4 si4)...
After everybody settled down, we sand birthday song to Jacq aloud. Wahaha! The cake that Xiaoxue bought for Jacq was like making me drooling... I love chocolates.... :) The girls were so nice to reserve a chocolate for me on top of a cake....:P After a while, dear came and fetch me home. Josephine & Julia also left and the rest continue their fun.

I had a very wonderful time with the sweeties! Nice to get to meet Xiaoxue & AJ! More of these outings k?

Hubby came to fetch me from work. We went to packet dinner and went home to change. After dinner, we proceed to O bar to meet his colleagues (for Denise's farewell). Denise had been in the company for about 8 years! Wah~ I haven't serve such a long service before for my lifetime & I hope so... We took some pictures but the camera is in Hubby's house. Will upload soon. His colleagues enjoyed themselves. Chris, Jerad & Zhihao were not there as they went for overseas for business trips. So good!
This is my first time to O bar and I would prefer MOS, KTV pub more that O bar or Double O.
I went over to Double O with some of his colleagues for a dance on the dance floor. Surprisingly, no one was on the dance floor. I felt a bit awkward. His colleagues were very daring, and they danced and I had no choice but to dance also since I was already there. The in-house music doesn't really suit me as I prefer R&B...
After that, we went back to O bar. Took lots of funny photos and Denise kind of drunk. Hubby had a few round of drinks. I was feeling very tired and dear thought that I was feeling bored. I was very tired only as didn't have enough of my 10 hours beauty sleep...
Nick, Hubby and I went back home about eleven plus...And I drove Hubby back home...

Supposed to bring Raeann to Zoo today but was postponed to next next Saturday. Poor Raeann. We slept till 12 plus this afternoon. Went to packet food at Blk 815 and on the way back home, we saw Raeann and Bedah...Raeann was like PAPA! and didn't call me.. So sad... She likes to call Papa...sianzz....
We played with Raeann the whole afternoon and now, I am going to get changed to attend a wedding @ The Fort Canning tonight.

I received HDB selection catalog yesterday. I am very excited about the selection date which falls on 20 Nov, which is a month later. I was so sad after seeing some of the flats that I have in mind, was being taken up. :( I wish that I can get the house I wanted. Preferably high levels. I ave opened up to St64 as st93 seemed to be more popular. Hopefully more people will choose YS more than JW....

31st of October will be my last day. Yesterday, boss gave me an official offer to be a sales executive for one of our group of companies. Ming was 100% opposing of I being in Sales line. He mentioned that its very hard to do sales. (I bet he doesn't want me to meet up with many people bah~)

Hubby came to fetch me from work and we went Jurong Point to catch Resident Evil, Extinction. Rate: 8/10. Should have a continued story... The most interesting part was the main actress saw many of her clones and she was upset to see her clones died ugly. Oppps~ She quoted to the baddie in the movie: "I'll be back with many of my friends." I wonder when's the part4.

After some thoughts, I decided to stick to my HR area~ Ming was damn happy lor!

Raeann has been shouting and crying loudly. Showing tantrum as she doesn't wanna sleep at night! She cried in a way that as if people tortured her. I've been like not sleeping well due to her cries. This started last Saturday when my dad brought her out to neighbourhood shopping mall GEK POH. Anyone can help?

Poor Raeann went to see doctor yesterday as her skin has rashes. All over body. Bedah, my maid fed her prawn noodle.. haizzz.... Sad...

Woke up late and didn't go anywhere. Just relax at home and had some moments with Dear~ Went to Jurong Point for dinner and shopped at Fairprice. Muahaha!

Bad experience! Hubby, Raeann, maid and I went to Suntec for dinner. We decided to have dinner at Pizzahut. !!!! While I was talking to Hubby on how thin crips pizza taste great...The waiter splashed water onto my body. I was fluming up and I tried to calm down and kept cool. Never in my life, in a restaurant, experience such an unforgetable incident! I was wondering why must restaurants hire inexperienced or I should say very young people to be waiter/waitress? Its like low class lor~ If you wanna have a restaurant image especially in town areas, you should train your staff well (young or old dosen't matter). It doesnt mean young = cannot be waiter. You can. But please be TRAINED! I want an answer from U~ PIZZAHUT!

Went to meet Julia, Cyn & Jacq for k-session... Met Zhu, Jo & fren first at Blossomz. Zhu really look like my sister Lijun...Very pretty! My sister is a very nice lady who treats all people including old people with care & concerns. We had a lil gossip session and something happened.

Went to Boat Quay Hot Stones for dinner with Hubby and his colleagues. I had Seafood Deluxe. Sound big right? When the dish arrived...I was astonished. Ver small lor! Scallops only 2 small pieces, 3 small prawns (but menu stated BIG prawns!!!) and 1 small salmon steak! WT???

By the way the bill came up to $400 plus for 9 pax nia... So exp.. Not nice and not worth!
Didnt take pics anyway. Too hot and no mood...Dont like one of his colleagues. So irritating...

Hubby went to buy breakfast cum lunch. We brought Raeann to Takashimaya and Wisma for shopping. Hubby bought one Playdough kitchen set for her. Raeann was so HAPPY that day! I bought a Damier Speedy 25 for myself... Hehehe...After that, we went to meet his Dad for dinner at Jurong East...

Met the gals at Dragonfly ard 11pm. I was tryin to contact Reya asking her whether she wanna join me but she did not answer the phone. I saw her guy friend and I approached him, askin him where's Reya. Luck's not there, he was DRUNK & sprouting nonsense and made a fool of himself! Sianzzz..... I am so afraid of drunk men!

Was unwell yesterday morning and I took half day leave. Went back to Ming's house and slept for the whole of afternoon. MIL cooked porridge, my favourite veg soup, fish and my fav cai po with minced meat. :) Then, went to orchard Takashimaya and bought LV speedy for Janie's bday! (3 best friends sharing). After that, met up the ladies (Sarah, Sooyi, Sherolyn, Audrey) for dinner and shopping. Hahaz~ Ate dinner at Thai Restaurant. Time went by very fast... And we were very excited on this coming Sat's gals nite out~

Hubby morning kissed me with a smile. So sweet!~ This tender sweetness made me ate the whole of $3.30 of Old Chang Kee Nasi Lemak. Later gng to meet Hubby and colleagues at Boat Quay for sumptuous dinner....

Supposed to meet the Mommy Club for dinner last Sat and sigh, Raeann vomitted twice and scared the hell out of me! Then, to add oil to the fire, I was down with 39 degrees of fever. I am so sorry my gals, I wished I could join in but have to bring Raeann and myself to see doc.

Raeann slimmed down due to loss of appetite. The 1st doctor like not experienced enuff. When we brought Raeann to the 2nd doc at West Point Clinic near our house, we didn't even start a single word...

Doc: What happened lil girl? (Checking on her weight, mouth, hear her chest & breath) Did she vomitted something like tofu out?

Hubby: Yes. I think is the milk solids as for the past few days, she hasn't been eating well and don't even want to drink milk.

Doc: She suffered stomach flu and discomfort.

And so on.... Kinda like pro~ Know everything. This is what I called DOCTOR. Spent $28 on my medical bills and Raeann, $38.

Friday Nite Out to Luna & Dragonfly

I enjoyed myself alot especially at Dragonfly. OmG~ I am kinda addicted to Dragonfly! Poor hubby spend the night all by himself.

Raeann went to see doctor yesterday and he said she had stomach discomfort and minor throat infection that caused her fever and loss of appetite. The funny thing is:-

I can't wait till this Friday... Meeting my precious for Gals Nite Out @ Dragonfly!~ Wee you wee~ Hehe...

I just can't stand that LY who called my hp yesterday 8pm plus and drop off the line.... I was wonderin what was her motive to call me. I don't even wanna bother anymore. She, her 2nd sis & her hubby are all the same kind. Seeing them always spoil my day without fail!

There will be young Mummys Club gathering this Sat!~ I'd like to bring along Raeann to make more new friends and hopefully Ming can join me... :)

As for the Korea Trip photos, do gimme some time as I am clearing my workload and preparing to join another co. I went to negotiate with the MD of the co. regarding my annual leave. And it was peacefully ended with a 10 days leave as per managerial policy. Service line's benefits are somehow nt as good as compared to other industry. I hope to excel well in the co.... I may be touching on Marketing side too beside HR~ :P

I got a funny call from my DID phone just now. A crap man who claimed to be from Indonesia Embassy wanted to look for my MD regarding the new ruling of hiring Indonesian Workers.

Me: Hello.

CM (Crap man): Is this *****(my co.'s name)? I am calling from Indonesia Embassy & I'd like to speak to your MD only as he can make firm decision immediately.

Me: I am sorry. I cannot forward this call to my MD as our company policy is that all relevant calls will be forwarded to our managers to screen and then make the necessary actions. Can I provide my HR manager's mobile no.? He is the best person who can assist you.

CM: Okay, since I have no choice. (Reluctantly)

Me: His number is 9*******. His name is Thi*****(Indian name).

CM: Indian man? Hahaz..They are so shrew and clever. How can I have the chance to challenge him? Indians have black butt,.... (private parts like balls and that thing) are also black.... (excited)

I'm back from Korea~ I am unable to upload the pictures as I haven't got time to upload to my laptop yet~ Will update about my Korea trip soon~

I tendered resignation yesterday but was rejected by my manager. Sigh~ Going for 2nd interview later. I pray that I'll be successful in whatever I do- esp finding a promising career and good working environment... I had a meeting with my manager for like 3 1/2 hours...However, as advised by many people, I think I have to leave...

Pissed off with that busybody... I just wonder why people are so bossy and busybody that like to interfere my life and matters. I just don't understand why being family members and bonded by blood, family member could even quarrel becoz of money. And.... I am real pissed off becoz one of his sis's hubby can be so irritating and busybody, called me and asked me about the car accident and even demanded that in future don't drive the car! What the hell??!!!?? In the first place, THIS IS NOT UR CAR!, secondly, U R JUST AN OUTSIDER, thirdly,U DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHO IS PAYING FOR ALL EXPENSES,lastly, THE CAR OWNER DIDNT EVEN SAY ANYTHING OR EVEN MIND....

Please in the next future:
1. Think before you say anything, don't behave or speak like a silly insane man.
2. Don't assume things, find out the truth first before judging people.
3. You are human, not God and you don't have the right to judge people.
4. Mind your own business. A successful man will not bahave and speak like you.

I've went to search my previous blog and was so surprised that it was still there... Keeping a diary really allows individuals to recall those happy and sad memories~ I just emailed my grp members about the 2 on-gng projects and I hope everything will be running smoothly... I just don't understand why there are politics everywhere...Be it in school, work, outside.... I can't stand gossips! People are just too free to pick on other people's flaws. But before they have the rights to say others, they have to ask themselves: Are they perfect? No one is perfect. Therefore, there's a saying: Before you say others, say yourself first. I hate hypocrites. People who put masks in front of their faces. People who stab behind your back. People who are selfish. All these type of people, I don't call them FRIENDS. Not worthy enuff~

I am really blessed to have Carolyn: Someone who is self-less, she cared for me throughout my pregnancy, bought stuff for my Raeann, being there for me when I need help, being so true and honest to me, doesn't even compare what each of us have, keeps secrets= BEST FRIEND.

Peisi Jie: Someone who is self-less like Carolyn, keeps secrets and even 100 years later, no one would know your darkest secret. I always remember her hubby and her kindness, they treated us meals and lil lil things and didnt calculate with us as at that time which was 2-3 yrs ago, mingge and I were still student. Thanks for being so understanding!~ Muacks! She is my best sister.

Linda: I missed you so much! Thanks for being there and the moments we had. Thanks for being lovely and trustable. She is a very attractive & pretty lady who does not have jealousy and talk bad about other gals~ She is my bestie~

I am so excited to go honeymoon with mingge~ This makes me thought of when we are just married:-

We don't even have enuff of savings and we were really broke after wedding expenses... At that moment of down-time, that was the time that Mingge and I realised who were our true friends... I still rmb that I couldn't even have the chance to go out at night to watch movies or even meet up with friends. His mother just been too naggy. I was really surprised that I feared her so much that I was very obedient to her. Some time after my pregnancy, I was like finally awake & won't want her to dominate me. It's like too demanding that she commanded me not work sales job, cannot meet friends after work...blah blah.~ haizz....

But Mingge kept his promise, he promised to me that he'll bring me to honeymoon when he can afford a good one~ To korea/ Taiwan of my choice.... at least not Sentosa or Malaysia~ hehe

Life's different esp I have my lil Raeann and also,to show his family that I am capable as I have earning power to help to support my lil family & not like a mice hiding at home. :) Life's great esp my hubby always stand by my side & I pray that I'd get our dream house soon!~
